Exchanges and Returns
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email ecompros@gmail.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the costs of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.
Request a Return Please download, print, and fill out the return form if you haven't done so already. Request the return form via the form below.
Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to ecompros@gmail.com via email. After approval, ensure your return shipment is well packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.
Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outside packaging of your package.
Use an insured tracked service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original plastic packaging.
We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
Ensure all returned items are well packaged so they are not damaged in the mail.
Ensure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transit.
Ensure the return form is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.
Easy returns in three simple steps: Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Ensure the package has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
