Ordering and Delivery

Have you found a Isabely item that you absolutely must have? Great!

Now, select a color and/or size and click ‘add to cart’. Of course, you can continue shopping; you can always return to your cart by clicking on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right. Please note: placing items in your cart does not mean they are reserved.

Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right to view your Isabely items. In the next screen, you can still adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. You will now land on the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your details on a single page.

Note: Once you have completed your order, you cannot change it anymore, as your order will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

  • What are the shipping costs?

Isabely covers the shipping costs. Therefore, you do not pay any shipping fees.*

*Please note: You will need to pay the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Can I track my delivery?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; you will receive the link to this page via email once your order has been shipped.

The Track & Trace status may take some time to become available.

  • What are the delivery times?
Isabely's aims for swift delivery of products. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we strive to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 7 - 15 working days.
  • I'm not home during delivery, what now?

 If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a notification from the driver, which will also indicate the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

  • lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please notify us. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated by PostNL. We will keep you informed throughout the investigation process.
